Mark Ingram II Scores Twice In Preseason Finale
- New Orleans Saints running back Mark Ingram II finished with nine carries for 34 yards and two touchdowns on the ground in Friday's 27-10 win against the Los Angeles Chargers. The veteran has always been the perceived backup and proved his worth in limited snaps on Friday. Ingram's two touchdowns came from one and two yards out, so look to this as potential things to come to a situation in the regular season. Even with a new coaching regime, it is not unlikely for him to get a good amount of goal-line work. Ingram also proved to be one of, if not the most important, running back handcuffs in fantasy football especially if Alvin Kamara is suspended later in the year.
