5 years agoMilwaukee Brewers second baseman Mike Moustakas (finger) is back in the starting lineup at second base and is batting cleanup on Friday against Mets starting pitcher Jacob deGrom. Moose fractured the tip of his right ring finger last Saturday and hadn't played since. He's hitting just .239 on the season but does have six home runs and 10 RBI in 83 plate appearances. It's fair to wonder how his finger injury will affect his power moving forward. Moustakas also receives a tough draw in his first game back against deGrom, so we wouldn't blame his owners for keeping him benched for another day.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
