4 years agoSt. Louis Cardinals starting pitcher Miles Mikolas was placed on the 10-day injured list on Tuesday due to a strained right forearm. A flexor tendon injury in the same arm kept Mikolas out for several weeks in spring training. It is unclear if the two injuries are related, but it is certainly concerning. The Cardinals have not yet named a replacement starter for Wednesday's game, which would have been Mikolas' turn in the rotation.--David A Marcillo - RotoBaller
