5 years agoMinnesota Twins designated hitter Nelson Cruz (wrist) is hoping to return from the injured list next Friday, May 24, when he's eligible to return. It's a sore wrist that sent Cruz to the injured list, but the move was more of a precaution with the long season in mind more than anything. The 38-year-old was hitting a decent .270/.354/.508 with seven home runs, 19 runs and 22 RBI in 126 at-bats and can continue to help fantasy owners with his power and on-base percentage when he's healthy.
