5 years agoLos Angeles Angels starting pitcher Nick Tropeano (shoulder) will start his rehab assignment with Triple-A Salt Lake on Friday. Injuries continue to hurt Tropeano, but he should join the rotation sometime next month when he's ready. The right-hander had a 4.74 ERA, 1.30 WHIP and 7.6 K/9 in 76 innings for the Halos last year. Tropeano has never made more than 14 starts in a season, however, and will have to prove worthy to be picked up in deep mixed leagues.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
