6 years agoNew Orleans Pelicans forward Nikola Mirotic (ankle) has been ruled out of Saturday's contest against the Phoenix Suns, making it the first game he has missed on the year. Mirotic picked up a sprained right ankle during Wednesday's game against the Chicago Bulls. He was initially listed as questionable, but the pain was too much to overcome for tonight. With Mirotic out, Julius Randle will draw the start, and Wesley Johnson will likely see increased minutes also.--Spencer Aguiar - RotoBaller
