2 years agoPoint guard Patrick Beverley was traded to the Utah Jazz in this summer's blockbuster deal that sent star center Rudy Gobert to the Minnesota Timberwolves. However, it seems likely that his tenure in Utah won't be long. According to Bleacher Report's Jake Fischer, the Los Angeles Lakers and Miami Heat are amongst the teams who are interested in acquiring the veteran point guard. Beverley would certainly be a natural fit in Miami with his tenacious defense. Conversely, the Lakers would be a more questionable fit as the team attempts to find its direction.
