Quentin Grimes Will Miss Wednesday’s Game
3 years agoNew York Knicks shooting guard/small forward Quentin Grimes (knee) has been ruled out for Wednesday's contest vs. the Nets due to a sore right knee. Grimes returned to play 16 minutes Sunday, but he shot just 1-for-5 from the field in his return from a four-game absence. Head coach Tom Thibodeau did not rule Grimes out for the rest of the year, but he did stress that the team would not have him suit up over the final two contests if it did not believe him to be totally healthy. Miles McBride (knee) returns Wednesday and could snatch some additional minutes, along with Immanuel Quickley, who could benefit from added offensive opportunities with the second unit.
