5 years agoSeattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson is coming off a fairly standard game on Sunday, but he could be in for a big night on Thursday. Wilson is facing a Rams secondary that just allowed Jameis Winston to put up 385 yards and four TDs through the air, so there's certainly an opportunity for Wilson to hang big numbers on LA. However, his performance will likely hinge more on how his defense is doing. Wilson has thrown for more than 300 yards in just one game so far this season, and that was when Seattle was trailing New Orleans for the entire game. If LA jumps out to a lead, Wilson will be called upon to put up QB1 stats. If Seattle can get ahead early, expect them to lean on the running game. Since both teams' defenses have struggled a bit so far, it's likely that Wilson will have to carry the team for a while and have a big game.--Billy Stonick - RotoBaller
