5 years agoPhiladelphia Phillies outfielder Scott Kingery is starting in center field and is hitting seventh on Friday against Brewers starting pitcher Chase Anderson. Odubel Herrera, who is slumping badly this year, continues to lose playing time to Kingery since he returned from the injured list. Kingery is batting .362/.412/.617 with two home runs, six RBI and two steals in 47 at-bats and is the better option than Herrera at this point in deep mixed and NL-only leagues. He might not have a very high daily ceiling on Friday night, but he's not a bad low-priced flier in a hitter-friendly environment.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
