2 years agoThe Washington Wizards and power forward/center Taj Gibson have officially agreed to a one-year contract worth a fully-guaranteed $2.91 million. It was widely known that Gibson would be landing with the Wizards this offseason, but the official signing was delayed while Gibson was in Brazil attending the wedding of Joakim Noah. The 37-year-old veteran spent the last three seasons playing for the New York Knicks. Last year, he averaged 4.4 points and 4.4 rebounds per game over 18.2 minutes per contest. He will join a crowded Wizards frontcourt that includes Kristaps Porzingis, Kyle Kuzma, Rui Hachimura and Daniel Gafford.--Andrew Ericksen - RotoBaller
