5 years agoThe Texas Rangers will call up starting pitcher Taylor Hearn from Triple-A to make his major league debut and start against the Mariners on Thursday. Hearn, who was acquired from the Pirates last year in the Keone Kela trade, has struck out 26 hitters in 20 innings in his four starts for Nashville, but he's also walked 10 and will be an extremely risky fantasy streamer in deeper leagues and DFS against a hot-hitting Mariners lineup. The 24-year-old is the team's No. 11 prospect, per MLB Pipeline, but his stay in the majors could be short.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
