6 years agoThomas Pieters enters the PGA Championship having made six consecutive cuts in a row, which includes a top-10 performance at the Scottish Open. Because of his improved production recently, Pieters has climbed up 11 spots in the Official World Golf Rankings in the last month and has improved from his season low of 82nd in the world to his new ranking of 71st. Pieters got as high as 23rd in the world right around this time last year and entered the 2017 PGA Championship at Quail Hollow ranked 27th. The 26-year-old has had a quick-tempered season here in 2018 but appears to be regaining some confidence and form to end the year. Pieters has made one of two cuts at PGA Championship venues, which includes a missed cut in 2017 and an 86th place finish in 2016.--Spencer Aguiar - RotoBaller
