5 years agoSeattle Mariners shortstop Tim Beckham has been suspended 80 games for testing positive for a performance-enhancing substance. This will keep him out of all remaining games for this season and significantly push back his start next season. The 29-year-old was fourth on the team with 47 RBI while hitting .237 with 15 home runs. You can safely drop him in all redraft leagues now that he will not play again in 2019. Dylan Moore and Ryan Court might stand to see most of the playing time in the near future, but both are more of AL-only commodities without consistent at-bats.--Manley Michael
