2 years agoNew Orlean Saints running back Tony Jones Jr. had 19 yards on four carries and turned three targets into three catches for 20 yards in Friday night's loss to the Green Bay Packers. The 24-year-old looked to have some explosiveness out of the backfield, rushing and receiving the ball. His 20-yard screen pass was his extended play of the day and would have been longer if his teammate did not get pushed into him. He was serviceable last season, but with a more crowded running back room, Jones still has some work to do to get any meaningful run in the regular season.--Ryan Daugherty - RotoBaller
