3 years agoMiami Marlins outfielder Magneuris Sierra is expected to make the Opening Day roster according to several Marlins beat writers. Sierra has struggled this spring, hitting just .129 with a .335 OPS, but he's out of minor league options so the Marlins would be forced to expose him to waivers if they tried to send him down to the minor leagues. Sierra has speed to spare and plays good defense, but his role as a fourth or fifth outfielder won't give him anywhere near enough playing time to develop any fantasy value.--David A Marcillo - RotoBaller
