2 years agoDetroit Tigers starting pitcher Matt Manning (shoulder) is still dealing with shoulder tightness, according to Tigers manager A.J. Hinch. On Tuesday, Hinch stated that Manning will not continue throwing until the issue "resolves itself." Hinch also added that this is not a setback for Manning, but that his ramp up will take longer than the team initially hoped for. Manning made two starts this year before his shoulder began acting up. He went a total of eight innings in those two starts and allowed six hits, no walks and two earned runs while striking out four.--Andrew Ericksen - RotoBaller
