4 years agoWashington Nationals shortstop Trea Turner is not in the lineup for Wednesday's game against the Philadelphia Phillies. Luis Garcia is shifting over to cover shortstop while Josh Harrison is playing second base and batting second in the game. Turner has had a solid month of September, slashing .284/.347/.489 with three home runs, 15 RBI, 15 runs and nine stolen bases. Turner was originally part of the team's starting lineup for Wednesday's game but was later scratched for an undisclosed reason.
