Trevor Story On Pace To Finish Strong In 2020

4 years agoColorado Rockies shortstop Trevor Story has been fantastic all year for fantasy owners and is showing no signs of cooling down over the season's final stretch. Story is slashing .294/.366/.533 with 11 home runs, 26 RBI, 39 runs and 14 stolen bases on the season. He has at least one hit in 16 of the 19 games he's played in September. Story's strikeout rate on the year (22.7%) is well below his career strikeout rate of 28.5%. He also has a higher walk rate (10.1%) than he's ever had in a single season. His career walk rate is 8.5%.
