2 years agoChicago White Sox third baseman Yoan Moncada (oblique) could begin a rehab assignment at Triple-A this coming weekend, according to White Sox reporter James Fegan. The 26-year-old has yet to make his 2022 debut as he's been sidelined with a Grade 1 oblique strain. We still don't have a clear timeline for his return, but if he winds up starting a rehab assignment at Triple-A this weekend, then we could potentially see him in the majors not long after that. Last year, Moncada slashed .263/.375/.412 with 14 home runs, 61 RBI and 74 runs over 144 games.--Andrew Ericksen - RotoBaller
