DraftKings CBB DFS Lineup Picks for 3/30/21 - Daily Fantasy College Basketball Advice

CFB DFS lineup picks DraftKings NCAA daily college fantasy basketball

The last two Final Four slots are up for grabs for the right to stay in lovely Indianapolis for another week. Two of the three teams that have really impressed me in the tournament play each other tonight with sparks basically guaranteed. This is dominated by west coast flavor with two Pac 12 teams and left coast giant Gonzaga. The outlier is Michigan, a team that is now in the Elite Eight for the third time in the last five tournaments. Who has the staying power tonight?

As expected, the USC-Gonzaga tilt tips the scales at 154. The part that still shocks me is that Gonzaga is a nine point favorite. USC has scored almost as many points as the Bulldogs against unequivocally better opponents! Vegas expects UCLA and Michigan to be a little messy with the total dropping four points after opening at 140.5. However, as we saw last night, a low total isn't a death knell for DFS. There were still some good scores in the Oregon State-Houston game. Will that be the case again tonight?

In this article, I will be providing you with my daily fantasy college basketball lineup picks for DraftKings on 3/30/21. I’ll be providing multiple player suggestions for players at guard and forward, aiming to highlight one option apiece at the high, middle, and lower end of the salary scale. Good luck, RotoBallers.

DraftKings CBB DFS Guards

Jaime Jaquez, UCLA ($7,100)

Jaquez has carried UCLA through the first four games of this tournament with the exception of the Abilene Christian game where no one needed to be carried. He had 111 DraftKings points against Michigan State, BYU, and Alabama. He played all 45 minutes against the Tide and hit some huge shots down the stretch and in overtime. Since the Pac 12 tournament began, Jaquez has hit half of his shots from the field. Yes, I'm riding the hot hand again. I don't even care who the opponent is at this point.

Tahj Eaddy, USC ($6,000)

I'll be honest. I don't really like this matchup for Eaddy and USC is not a guard-oriented team. With Oklahoma and Creighton, they are dominated by guards so guys like Austin Reaves and Marcus Zegarowski having big games can be expected. Can Eaddy keep up his nice tournament run with no one else on the perimeter to help take the heat off of him? Eaddy is an excellent passer, so I'm still willing to use him here. The Trojans have scored 239 points in three tournament games. That's plenty of made baskets to assist on.

Andrew Nembhard, Gonzaga ($5,500)

Nembhard had a huge game against Creighton. I don't really expect him to duplicate that feat, but he still puts up solid numbers for his price. With Jalen Suggs' inconsistency in the tournament so far, I'm willing to drop down to Joel Ayayi or Nembhard. Gonzaga has let their bigs dominate over the last couple of games for good reason. Both Oklahoma and Creighton are severely undersized. The Bulldogs may be forced to move back outside thanks to the Mobley brothers. In the event that they do, Nembhard should be in for a good game no matter how this game goes.

Also consider: Franz Wagner, Michigan ($7,700); Johnny Juzang, UCLA ($6,800); Isaiah White, USC ($5,000); Chaundee Brown, Michigan ($4,300)

DraftKings CBB DFS Forwards

Evan Mobley, USC ($8,400)

Mobley was held to just ten points in each of the last two games, but he has done so much away from the ball (11 assists, 21 rebounds, and five blocks) that his DraftKings point totals haven't suffered. That's what gives Mobley top billing over Drew Timme. Mobley's floor is much better. Mobley has 23 blocks in seven March games. Those are Dikembe Mutombo-like numbers there! If USC is going to pull this upset, Mobley is going to have another good, if not great, game. I'll be on board for it. So will older brother Isaiah, and he comes at a discount.

Hunter Dickinson, Michigan ($6,700)

UCLA is going to have problems with Dickinson, much the same that that LSU and Florida State did. Cody Riley is a solid defender, but I'm not sure he can handle a guy like Dickinson. Dickinson probably has a floor somewhere around 28 DraftKings points, which is very nice for this price range. He hasn't been asked to carry Michigan, nor will he be asked to as a freshman. His ceiling isn't all that high, but last night taking high floors worked out well enough to come out ahead. The same approach has merit again tonight on a two-game slate full of talented players.

Brandon Johns, Michigan ($5,200)

Johns has filled in nicely for Isaiah Livers. Nicely enough to have Michigan back in familiar territory: the Elite Eight. Much like Dickinson, Michigan wont lean heavily on Johns, so there isn't a ton of upside. What there is is a ton of guaranteed minutes for a guy priced low enough that he fits in any lineup. Johns has put up 85.25 DraftKings points in the four games post-Livers for the Wolverines. That's another solid floor even if there isn't a ton of upside.

Also consider: Drew Timme, Gonzaga ($8,200); Corey Kispert, Gonzaga ($7,000); Cody Riley, UCLA ($5,400); Anton Watson, Gonzaga ($4,500)
