5 years agoBubba Watson disappointed his DFS backers at this week's PGA Championship. The two-time Masters champion was derailed by a disastrous opening-round 76. A bounce-back 69 on Thursday afternoon wasn't enough to sneak into the weekend, as Watson's 36-hole total of five-over par fell one stroke shy of the four-over par cut line. The performance comes as a surprise from the mercurial lefty that had played well in his three previous starts at Bethpage Black.
