Viktor Hovland Set To Make Genesis Debut

3 years agoViktor Hovland is set to make his Genesis Invitational debut this week. While it will be his first time teeing it up at Riviera Country Club as a professional, Hovland did compete in the 2017 U.S. Amateur event held at the legendary club while in college. Many pegged him as a future superstar when he turned professional just over a year ago and Hovland has exceeded those lofty expectations. The 23-year-old has already logged two wins on the PGA Tour and most recently scored a runner-up finish at the Farmers Insurance Open. His relative inexperience at Riviera is slightly concerning, but Hovland should still be considered a very viable fantasy option this week. --Joe Nicely - RotoBaller
