Will Gordon Earns Special PGA Tour Status

4 years agoWill Gordon earned special temporary PGA Tour status with his T3 performance at the Travelers Championship last week. The 2019 SEC Player of the Year out of Vanderbilt University won't waste any time getting to work, as he's scheduled to tee it up in the Rocket Mortgage Classic this week. Gordon is just the latest in a long line of young players that we've seen play extremely well right out of college. He previously logged a T10 and two top-25 finishes in other spot starts on the Tour this season, so his performance last week shouldn't be dismissed as a fluke. Gordon's DFS price is still a bargain on both DraftKings and FanDuel. He's an intriguing GPP play this week. --Joe Nicely - RotoBaller
