Jonathan India Scratched From The Lineup
2 years agoThe Cincinnati Reds scratched second baseman Jonathan India (calf) from the starting lineup on Monday against the Philadelphia Phillies. Monday was going to be his first day back in the lineup after missing the last three games. Matt Reynolds will now start at second base and hit sixth, while Jake Fraley is starting in left field and batting leadoff against Phillies right-hander Noah Syndergaard. Reynolds is just 2-for-17 (.118) with no homers, two RBI and seven strikeouts in seven games over the last two weeks, so DFS gamers can probably find better options at the keystone. Fraley is hitting .247/.330/.416 with three homers, nine RBI and 12 runs scored in 27 games for Cincy this year, but he'll have some daily sleeper appeal in the leadoff spot.
