Luis Robert Remains Out Against Astros
2 years agoChicago White Sox outfielder Luis Robert (wrist) remains out of the starting lineup on Wednesday against the Houston Astros. It will be Robert's fifth straight game starting on the bench with a sprained left wrist, but fantasy managers should continue to consider him day-to-day. The 25-year-old has played well when on the field in 2022, but he's often been banged up for fantasy managers. In 82 games played, he's hitting .301/.336/.454 with 12 home runs, 56 RBI, 51 runs scored and 11 stolen bases. Adam Engel is starting in center field on Wednesday and is batting eighth against Astros left-hander Framber Valdez. Engel has some speed (11 steals), but he's also hitting just .235 with two home runs and 14 RBI in 196 at-bats this year.
