2 years agoSt. Louis Cardinals third baseman Nolan Arenado and outfielder Dylan Carlson are out of the starting lineup on Thursday against the Chicago Cubs. Arenado's wife is preparing to have their first child, so he's likely to land on the paternity list and could miss several more games. Carlson will start on the bench for the third straight game. It's possible that Arenado could miss the entire weekend series against the Atlanta Braves, so fantasy managers need to prepare accordingly. Tommy Edman is manning the hot corner and batting seventh, while Tyler O'Neill is playing center field and hitting sixth against Cubs right-hander Marcus Stroman.
