2 years agoPhiladelphia Phillies rookie infielder Bryson Stott is starting at shortstop and is hitting third in the batting order on Thursday against the Cincinnati Reds and right-hander Justin Dunn. This is Stott's first time hitting third in his first MLB season. The 24-year-old is hitting .228/.288/.360 overall with eight home runs, 38 RBI, 41 runs scored and seven stolen bases in 311 at-bats, but he's been hot this month, going 24-for-74 (.324) with a homer, six RBI and nine runs scored in 20 games played.
