BALLER MOVE: Add in 12+ Team Leagues
OWNED IN: 38% of Fleaflicker Leagues
ANALYSIS: Right now it appears that the only thing Travis Shaw can't do better than Pablo Sandoval is breaking belts...sorry I had to. Seriously though, Travis Shaw seems to have cemented his hold on the starting third base job for the BoSox. Shaw is hitting .342 right now with seven RBI and one homer. Owners were likely getting impatient with the power given that Shaw hit 13 HR last year in 248 plate appearances. If he logs 500+ plate appearances, that can be extrapolated to almost 30 homers over the course of a full season.
Shaw will likely see some regression as the .462 BABIP suggests. However, the Red Sox are a good lineup and Shaw should be able to provide power for his fantasy owners. The dual-position eligibility is a nice bonus too as it can give owners some roster flexibility. Shaw needs to be owned in more leagues.
