5 years agoColorado Rockies third baseman Nolan Arenado has been named as the National League Player of the Week for the week of May 20th-to-May 26th. Arenado had a .538 batting average (14-for-26) with four home runs and nine RBI. He had a jaw-dropping 1.632 OPS for the week, as he led the offensive charge for the Rockies en route to a winning week for the team. Arenado is an elite option in all formats of fantasy baseball and should continue to be loved and cherished by all owners who have him on their team, yet despised by all opposing owners.--Brendan Kennealy
