Welcome to Week 16 of the NFL season, and hopefully, the fantasy football playoffs. Each week we will be providing streamer advice for all of those who need it, which is pretty much anyone and everyone. Streaming players with the best matchups each week as well as during your stud's bye weeks is an integral part of winning a fantasy championship and we are here to provide the best choices week in and week out.
Each week in this article, we will break down streamers for both shallower leagues of 8-10 teams (around 50% rostered or less) and deeper leagues of 14 or more teams (around 30% rostered or less). We will provide a specific roster in each type of league, which will include a QB, RB, WR, TE, and Flex. It should also be noted that if you play in a deep league, but a shallow-league player mentioned here is available in your league, feel free to stream them as
Without further adieu, here are this week's top streaming candidates.

Stream Team for Shallow Leagues (<50% Rostered)
- QB: Baker Mayfield, Cleveland Browns
- RB: Zack Moss, Buffalo Bills
- WR: Sammy Watkins, Kansas City Chiefs
- TE: Austin Hooper, Cleveland Browns
- Flex: Jakobi Meyers, New England Patriots
Baker Mayfield, Cleveland Browns
52% Rostered
Mayfield has been on a roll the last three weeks as he has averaged nearly 325 passing yards per game and has thrown a total of eight touchdowns in that span. He gets a solid matchup this week as well as he will be facing a Jets Defense that has allowed an average of over 258 passing yards per game and over 22 fantasy points per game to the position over the previous four weeks.
Zack Moss, Buffalo Bills
52% Rostered
Zack Moss put up a solid performance in this spot last week with over 11 points in a PPR league and gets another solid matchup this week vs. the Patriots. New England is allowing the third-most rushing yards to backs over the previous four weeks by allowing over 148 yards per game. They have also given up nearly 27 fantasy points per game to the position over that same span. The Bills are also favored by seven in this game, which could lead to some extra rushing attempts to lock this one up.
Sammy Watkins, Kansas City Chiefs
51% Rostered
Watkins has seen 5.5 targets per game over the previous four weeks and settles into a nice matchup vs. the Falcons this week. The game has a current total of 54, which means there should be plenty of activity in this one. The Falcons are allowing over 35 fantasy points per game to wide receivers over the previous four weeks, which ranks sixth-worst in the league over that span.
Austin Hooper, Cleveland Browns
52% Rostered
The Jets are awful vs. the tight end, plain and simple. They have allowed the position to average over 23 points per game over the previous four weeks, which is ranks last in the league. Hooper saw six targets last week vs. the Giants and could be in for a solid workload again this week.
Jakobi Myers, New England Patriots
30% Rostered
Meyers saw 10 targets last week and is in line for a solid workload this week vs. a Bills' secondary that has allowed an average of over 32 fantasy points per game over the previous four weeks. The Pats are underdogs by seven points in this game as mentioned above, which could mean extra targets for Myers late in the game.
Stream Team for Deep Leagues (<30% Rostered)
- QB: Mitchell Trubisky, Chicago Bears
- RB: Sony Michel, New England Patriots
- WR: Russell Gage, Atlanta Falcons
- TE: Dalton Schultz, Dallas Cowboys
- Flex: Laviska Shenault Jr., Jacksonville Jaguars
Mitchell Trubisky, Chicago Bears
14% Rostered
Mitch has done well since regaining the starting job four weeks ago as he has averaged over 244 passing yards per game and has thrown eight touchdowns. He will be facing a Jaguars Defense that has allowed over 22 fantasy points per game to quarterbacks over the previous four weeks and has given up 10 passing touchdowns across that span.
Sony Michel, New England Patriots
18% Rostered
This is a risky stream candidate, but they often are at this rostership level. Michel has averaged nine carries per game over the previous three weeks and has averaged over 4.8 yards per carry. The Bills are giving up over 18 fantasy points per game to the position, which ranks in the middle of the pack. Michel could put up a decent line if afforded a similar workload as the previous three weeks.
Russell Gage, Atlanta Falcons
27% Rostered
Gage has been solid the past couple of weeks with no Julio Jones as he has garnered 17 targets and caught 14 of them for 201 yards and two scores. While he will be facing a tough Cheifs' pass defense, they will have their hands full with Calvin Ridley, which should allow Gage some open looks. Also, the Falcons are double-digit dogs, which could help game-flow for Gage.
Dalton Schultz, Dallas Cowboys
19% Rostered
While Schultz has fallen off a tad in recent weeks, he did post his second-highest reception total Week 8 vs. these Eagles. The Eagles are allowing nearly 11 fantasy points per game to tight ends, which ranks ninth-worst in the league over the previous four weeks.
Laviska Shenault Jr., Jacksonville Jaguars
18% Rostered
Shenault has seen 17 targets in the last two games and could see an even bigger workload this week if James Robinson were to miss time. I still like him even if Robinson suits up as the Bears have allowed an average of over 32 fantasy points per game to the wide receiver position over the previous four weeks.
