Welcome to Week 17 of the NFL Season. If your league is still playing in Week 17, we are here to help you with some streamer selections to help get your team over the hump.
Each week in this article, we will break down streamers for both shallower leagues of 8-10 teams (around 50% rostered or less) and deeper leagues of 14 or more teams (around 30% rostered or less). We will provide a specific roster in each type of league, which will include a QB, RB, WR, TE, and Flex. It should also be noted that if you play in a deep league, but a shallow-league player mentioned here is available in your league, feel free to stream them as

Stream Team for Shallow Leagues (<50% Rostered)
- QB: Philip Rivers, Indianapolis Colts
- RB: Gus Edwards, Baltimore Ravens
- WR: Sterling Shepard, New York Giants
- TE: Hayden Hurst, Atlanta Falcons
- Flex: Keke Coutee, Houston Texans
Philip Rivers, Indianapolis Colts
41% Rostered
The Colts still need a win to assure themselves a playoff spot, so using Rivers in this spot makes sense. The Jaguars are allowing nearly 24 fantasy points per game to quarterbacks over the previous four weeks, which ranks third-worst in the league over that span.
Gus Edwards, Baltimore Ravens
41% Rostered
Edwards saw 15 carries last week vs. the Giants and could be in line for a large workload this week in a game the Ravens are favored by 13 points. The Bengals are allowing over 103 rushing yards per game to backs and have also given up nearly 23 fantasy points per game over the previous four weeks.
Sterling Shepard, New York Giants
45% Rostered
Shepard has seen 19 targets over the previous two weeks and gets a nice matchup vs. the Cowboys this week. The Cowboys have allowed wide receivers to average over 32 fantasy points per game over the previous four weeks, which ranks 10th-worst in the league over that span.
Hayden Hurst, Atlanta Falcons
62% Rostered
Hurst has seen five targets in each of the previous two games and now faces a Bucs defense that has allowed an average of nearly 13 fantasy points per game over the previous four weeks.
Keke Coutee, Houston Texans
43% Rostered
Coutee has seen an average of six targets per game over his previous four games and will be facing a bad Titans' pass defense. The Titans are allowing the third-most fantasy points per game over the previous four weeks to wide receivers by allowing nearly 43 points per game. Houston is also a 7.5 point underdog in this game so Coutee could see added targets late in the game.
Stream Team for Deep Leagues (<30% Rostered)
- QB: Mitchell Trubisky, Chicago Bears
- RB: A.J. Dillon, Green Bay Packers
- WR: Laviska Shenault Jr., Jacksonville Jaguars
- TE: Dalton Schultz, Dallas Cowboys
- Flex: Darnell Mooney, Chicago Bears
Mitchell Trubisky, Chicago Bears
17% Rostered
Trubisky has a bit of a tough matchup in this one, but I want to stick with a quarterback that has the playoffs on the line and that's what the Bears have at stake here. In his last meeting against the Packers, Mitch put up 242 passing yards and threw for three touchdowns. He could have another solid day in this one with everything riding on the line.
A.J. Dillon, Green Bay Packers
9% Rostered
We are taking a risk with Dillon here, but most backs in this rostership range are a bit risky. Dillon saw 21 carries last week vs. the Titans and turned them into 124 yards and two scores. He could see another decent workload this week against the Bears who are giving up nearly 85 rushing yards per game over the previous four weeks and are allowing over 4.2 yards per carry.
Laviska Shenault Jr., Jacksonville Jaguars
16% Rostered
Shenault has averaged eight targets per game over the previous three weeks and has a solid matchup this week. The Colts have allowed over 37 fantasy points per game to wide receivers over the previous four weeks, which ranks fourth-worst in the league over that span. The Jags do not have much to play for, but they will certainly want to ruin the Colts' playoff hopes in this one.
Dalton Schultz, Dallas Cowboys
19% Rostered
The Giants are allowing nearly 13 fantasy points per game to tight ends over the previous four weeks, which has them ranked 13th-worst in the league over that span. Schultz saw four targets last week vs. the Eagles and a similar share could be in store this week. While he is no sure thing, not many waiver wire tight ends are.
Darnell Mooney, Chicago Bears
14% Rostered
Jaire Alexander will have his hands full with Allen Robinson, which could lead to extra targets for Mooney similar to how he saw nine targets in the last meeting against Green Bay. Mooney has also caught four passes in each of the Bears' previous two games and has scored in two of their previous three.
