Matt Harvey Cannot Escape Second Inning Tuesday
4 years agoBaltimore Orioles starting pitcher Matt Harvey turned in his worst start of the season in Tuesday's 13-6 loss to the Rays. Harvey pitched just 1 2/3 innings, allowing six runs on seven hits (including two home runs) and a walk with one strikeout. Harvey had started the season off pretty well but has now allowed 13 runs in his last two starts, causing his season ERA to balloon to 5.93. It looked like Harvey was starting to work his way into the streaming conversation, but fantasy managers will want to avoid him for now, especially in his next start against the Nationals at home.
