3 years agoHouston Astros outfielder Chas McCormick (hand) was scratched from Saturday's lineup due to left hand soreness, according to Alyson Footer of MLB.com. McCormick has had a solid rookie campaign for Houston, slashing .260/.319/.466 with 11 homers, three steals, 42 RBI and 39 runs scored over 87 games. With McCormick out, Michael Brantley is starting in right field and batting second in the order against Seattle.
