Rondale Moore Slated For Expanded Role Entering 2022
3 years agoArizona Cardinals wide receiver Rondale Moore enjoyed a solid first professional campaign, emerging as a do-it-all weapon in head coach Kliff Kingsbury's offense. The plan for 2022? Getting the ball in Moore's hands even more. During his rookie year, the 21-year-old hauled in 54 receptions for 435 yards and one touchdown, adding 291 yards as a kick returner, 171 yards as a punt returner, and 76 yards as a rusher. Moore's ceiling is becoming the No. 2 WR for Arizona on a weekly basis next year, but another MVP-like season from Kyler Murray could vault the speedy wideout into a favorable season-long spot in deeper formats. Fantasy managers will want to keep an eye on Christian Kirk and A.J. Green in free agency, as either returning to the offense may dampen Moore's draft stock ahead of next year, irrespective of plans to utilize him with an increased frequency.
