Good morning, Rotoballers, and welcome to the first NBA Wednesday of March. We've got a nice slate on deck for this evening, with 11 games tipping off at or later than 7 EST - so get those lineups locked and loaded by 6:59.
With 22 teams taking the court, there is a lot to breakdown, but lets glance at a few Vegas lines that could be helpful when choosing which games to target or stack players with. There are three games in particular that boast incredibly high point totals (over/under lines), and I'd suggest spending your time plucking from those rosters if you want to deploy a stack or two in tournament formats. Those games are the Cavs at Celtics (222), Nuggets at Bucks (225) and the monster of them all, the Rockets at Clippers (232).
In this article, I will be providing you with daily NBA lineup picks for FanDuel on 3/1/17. The picks will range from some of the elite players, to mid-priced options, and value plays.

FanDuel DFS Guards
Kyrie Irving - PG, at BOS ($9,100)
Kyrie Irving has been playing excellent basketball of late, turning in point totals of 40+ FanDuel points on a near-nightly basis. He's certainly seen an uptick in Usage rate with Kevin Love off the floor, and he's taken full advantage of the opportunity. He's managed to beat salary based expectations in each of his last six games, while his price has only risen $500 in that time frame. Tonight, in a matchup against a Boston backcourt that struggles defensively, Kyrie has a great chance to continue the tear he's been on. There should be plenty of offense in what should be a fast paced, high scoring affair. Kyrie's Usage projection tonight is over 35 and for the season, he's been scoring 1.02 fantasy points per minute on the floor.
Seth Curry - SG, at ATL ($6,100)
While they still have a presence in the front court - albeit diminished with a few notable departures and injuries - the Hawks are not the defensive stalwarts they used to be and I can see Seth taking advantage tonight. The less famous Curry has been excellent in the Mavs' last few games, producing FanDuel point totals of 31, 33 and 35, all while greatly outperforming his salary based expectations. While Curry relies on hitting buckets for his fantasy production, he is hot right now and he does play roughly 35+ minutes a night, which helps raise his floor a bit higher. On top of that, the Hawks currently are allowing the second highest +/- to opposing shooting guards of any of the 22 teams taking the floor tonight.
Also Consider: Malcolm Brogdon - PG, vs DEN ($5,100)
FanDuel DFS Forwards
Wilson Chandler - SF, at MIL - $6,600
With the exception of perhaps LeBron, there aren't a lot of small forwards in the higher price tiers that I'm in love with, so with that in mind I'm going to save some money and roster Chandler. He isn't just a value option, however, as I'm rostering him with confidence in tournament formats because of love his ceiling and this matchup. Taking a look at the box score for Denver's last few games, it's easy to see Chandler is the focal point of this offense. He should have plenty of opportunity to produce tonight in what should be a fast paced and very high scoring affair. Additionally, the matchup is strong as Milwaukee has had trouble containing the three position all year. I like Chandler and his 22 Usage rate to shine in this contest tonight.
Willie Cauley-Stein - PF, vs BKN - $5,400
Willie is my favorite value play of the evening, and he's one that not only boasts a great value, he also possesses a high ceiling thanks to his increased role, increased minutes and the matchup against the lowly Nets. WCS has been able to exceed salary based expectations in seven of his last 10 games and his price still hasn't caught up with his production. This game should move at a quick pace, meaning more shot and rebound opportunities for Cauley-Stein, and I really like this pace for his style of play. He's a big man that knows how to get up and down the floor well.
Also Consider: LeBron James - SF, at BOS ($10,600)
FanDuel DFS Centers
Nikola Vucevic - C, vs NYK ($7,400)
I haven't rostered Vucevic with a lot of confidence lately, but that all ends tonight with this price tag and the matchup he has in front of him. His play has been trending upward lately - perhaps due to the extra spacing he has and increased role with the absence of Serge Ibaka, who was dealt up north before the trade deadline - and he's outperformed salary based expectations in three of his last four games. In that same stretch, the absolute lowest number of shots he's put up is 14, and I like him to see his increased role continue tonight against a Knicks team that should have trouble controlling him near the rim. Of all the teams in action tonight, the Knicks are bottom three defensively against centers, and that makes Vucevic and his 24.5 Usage rate projection even more enticing.
