DraftKings DFS Guards
Kemba Walker – PG, vs NO ($8,100)
This article looks very similar to the one from yesterday, but that’s because a lot of the same teams are playing, and these players are still underpriced. Walker leads the way, as he has been extremely consistent recently, but he has also displayed elite upside. He gets an elite matchup against the Pelicans, who have struggled against the point guard and love pushing the pace. Walker should have no problems hitting value once again, and he’s an elite option in all leagues.
Ricky Rubio – PG, at MIL ($6,800)
Rubio is another point guard who has been on fire recently, as he has displayed a floor around 35 fantasy points and a ceiling over 50 fantasy points. He has displayed good triple double potential recently, and the Wolves have recently stated that he is going to see an increase in shot attempts each game. His price is on the rise, but he’s still too cheap for his recent hot streak, and he can be used in all leagues tonight.
Garrett Temple – SG, vs DEN ($3,800)
Temple recently returned from injury for the Kings, and he has been playing well since. He’s seeing minutes in the mid-20s, and he’s a player that can contribute in multiple categories. He gets a good matchup against a fast paced Nuggets tonight, which means there will be plenty of opportunities for Temple to fill the stat sheet. His price tag is only going to go up from here, and he’s a solid salary relief option in all leagues tonight.
DraftKings DFS Forwards
LeBron James – SF, at ORL ($11,000)
It’s tough to avoid LeBron James, who has been playing as well as anyone in the NBA recently. Over the last 10 days, he’s averaging 29.8 points, 13.2 rebounds, and 8.0 assists per game. He has scored at least 60 fantasy points in five of his last six games, as well. He is a triple double threat, and he gets a great matchup against the Magic, who have been pushing the pace more recently. James isn’t going to come cheap, but he makes a great option in all leagues tonight.
Paul Millsap – PF/C, at MEM ($6,900)
Millsap saw his price drop tonight because of the tough matchup against the Grizzlies, but he has looked outstanding recently. He has scored at least 35 fantasy points in each of his last seven games, including multiple games with more than 40 fantasy points. He has displayed outstanding versatility recently, and he’s a player that can contribute in multiple categories on any given night. Millsap makes a great option in all leagues for his surprisingly low price tag tonight, although the matchup could give him fits at times.
Willie Cauley-Stein – PF/C, vs DEN ($5,000)
Cauley-Stein has proven to be a frustrating fantasy player this season. He has been locked into bigger minutes since the All Star break, and while he has displayed elite upside for his price, he also comes with terrible risk. In those games, he has scored anywhere from 12 to 43.5 fantasy points. He’s an athletic player, who should benefit from the pace the Nuggets like to play at. He’s averaging nearly one fantasy point per minute against Denver this season, and WCS makes a boom or bust tournament option tonight.
DraftKings DFS Centers
Jusuf Nurkic – C, vs WAS ($6,700)
Nurkic displayed his upside in his last game, as he scored 28 points with 20 rebounds, eight assists, six blocks, and two steals against the Sixers. He’s a versatile big man, who has been producing elite numbers since being traded to Portland. Most importantly, he has been controlling his foul issues, which has allowed him to play big minutes. He comes with a reasonable price tag, and he gets a solid matchup against a fast paced Wizards team. Nurkic can be used in all leagues.
Cody Zeller – C, vs NO ($5,200)
Zeller hasn’t looked great in his last two games, but he has been locked into big minutes. He’s playing extended minutes with Frank Kaminsky out, and Zeller is the type of player that can score fantasy points in a hurry. He also gets a great matchup against the Pelicans, who play at a fast pace and have struggled against the center this season. Zeller comes with quite a bit of risk, but he has more than enough upside to exceed value at his current price tag. He’s a solid tournament option.
