5 years agoMinnesota Timberwolves center Karl-Anthony Towns was having a solid outing Wednesday versus the Philadelphia 76ers until he got into a scuffle. Towns scored 13 points shooting five of seven from the floor with six rebounds. Halfway through the third quarter 76ers center Joel Embiid and KAT got into a confrontation and were both ejected. Including the contest, Wednesday Towns is averaging 25.3 points, 11.5 boards, and 1.8 blocks a game so far this season. The T-Wolves next take on the Washington Wizards on Saturday. Unfortunately, Towns may not be playing in Saturday's outing as a suspension is very likely for him.--Matt Sparkington - RotoBaller
