2 years agoThe Baltimore Orioles activated infielder Terrin Vavra from the paternity list on Monday and optioned infielder Richie Martin to Triple-A Norfolk in a corresponding move. Vavra missed the last three games, but he'll be available on Tuesday for the start of a series against the Chicago White Sox in Baltimore. The 25-year-old rookie has played in just 18 games in his first year in the big leagues in 2022 with Baltimore, going 11-for-39 (.282) with no home runs, seven RBI and eight runs scored in 48 plate appearances. It remains to be seen how much playing time Vavra will see now that he's back with the team, but he's worth keeping an eye on in AL-only formats.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
